In between eight to ten million packs per day, holding five cards inclusive of Messi, Neymar and the every so famous and loved Ronaldo- the Fifa fever boosts the Panini Sticker obsession.

WHAT EXACTLY ARE PANINI STICKERS AND WHY ARE PEOPLE OBSESSED WITH GETTING THEIR HANDS ON THEM?

Remember how kids and youngsters would collect their favorite Pokemon, Digimon and Transformers trading cards to play and keep them as their favorite collectables? Well, Panini stickers are none the less similar to those as Panini stickers was founded by the Panini brothers in the year of 1961 and is located in Italy. They basically are known for production and manufacturing of comic books, magazines, trading cards, stickers and other such similar items via the subordinates.

With the Fifa fascination, it has been reported that the Panini sticker factory is doing their work at the highest most possible pace to deliver the stickers to the people. Due to the company, Panini will for sure not miss out on the cup even if their home team is out. The Fifa has signed an exclusive contract with company. Even though time has changed, the way of Panini stickers has not. It is the same old technique; open, stick and exchange!

NIGERIA’S RETRO SHIRT BACK IN BUSINESS AND HAS FANS SWEEPED OFF THEIR FEET

Football fans are losing their minds over the retro shirt that Nigeria has with Nike and it spiked the scale with three million reservations even before the shirts came out for purchase. Why are fans crazy over it? Because the design printed on the shirts is similar to the Nigerian strip worn in the 1994 world cup that was held in the United States of America. The Nigerians are seeing it as a sign of pride for the country and its people as it represents Nigeria and what else could be better.

BOOZE-BANNED FOR THE ENGLISH?

Never was it heard that booze was banned in a Western country especially on occasions and events such as these. But, Russian government has issued a restriction over the British who plan on visiting Russia during the Fifa world cup this year in 2018. It said the British would have a hard time getting drinks in the stadiums that are hosting the football matches. Similar rules also applied for the areas which would have huge screens showing the match for people with no ticket to enter the stadium.

Surprisingly, Putin’s government seems to have experienced a change of heart. Most probably due to the fear of losing audience and in turn revenue. Therefore, the government lifted the ban off of booze-purchasing and announced that the fans would be permitted to purchase beer in both the stadiums and the fan-zones. This would mean that the supporters travelling all the way to Russia would now be able to enjoy booze for as low as seventy-two pints.

THREATS FROM BRITISH HOOLIGANS

Fifa is only days away and threats are being heard from British hooligans to torment the Russians and have expressed no regard and fear of the Russian police. Although, they have claimed to provide security for the British fans who are to attend the football matches adding pf how they do not trust the government and police to provide safety. This thread of violence has been building up for months now. The British have even reported to have received death threats from the Russian firms but the English seem to be hell bent on giving Russians a payback of their lives.

Two of the fans from England were attacked by the Russian hooligans in the year of 2016 and fought for their precious lives. They clearly seek revenge for this incident and are coming prepared with challenges. The fan who was black-listed even mentioned how this rivalry has passed the game and is beyond it. He added that it is not about football at all. They seem to not pay worry about being thrown in prison either. I guess this is what happens when you are pumped with revenge filled adrenaline in your blood.

Similarly, as heat is being sensed from one direction, fire is burning in the other as the Russian hooligans, too, have pledged a sentence of death against the British fans who are planning to arrive in Russia for the world cup. I feel a storm brewing, do you not? Even though these threats appear to be pretty serious, there is after all hope in the Russian security and government taking care of the situation once all goes down. Fingers crossed!

THE FAMOUS GOLDEN TROPHY OF FIFA

The most famous trophy of all time is reported to stay under the possession of Fifa twenty-four seven. The trophy is delicately crafted and is made up of eighteen carat gold weighing 6.175 kilograms. The trophy has had been won by many countries over the years. Germany held the precious gold in their hands three times 1974, 1990 and 2014 while Brazil, Italy and Argentina won it twice.

Let us see which country is lucky enough to take the trophy home this year. Fifa fever will soon begin as it is only a few days away. While many are flying in the country to witness the one-month phenomenal events that are to commence, others are waiting for the broadcasting to begin. Happy Fifa month people.
