Education:

To summarize, I am a PhD Scholar in Advanced Assessment and Evaluation at
the University of Hiroshima. I hold M.Phil/MS degree in Quality Management,
diploma in “Practical Project Management” from Ateneo De Manila University
Philippines, MBA from Riphah International University, Islamabad, B.Ed and
M.Ed from University of Sargodha, LLB from Bahauddin Zakria University,
Multan, ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor Certification from Singapore Quality
Institute International Singapore (SQII)

Fellowships:

 I stood second in the World Science Fellowship Competition by the Japan
Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) and was awarded a 2 Million
Yen fellowship by the government of Japan in 2018. Under this
fellowship I was awarded an admission into the Hiroshima University for
my PhD Studies.
 I have the honor of being a fellow of International Centre for Journalists
in Washington DC, USA. The fellowship was awarded in 2014. I interned
in the Florida Times Union and visited institutions like VoA, The White
House, State Department USA, The US capitol and different think tanks
under this fellowship.
 I am also a fellow of International Academy of Leadership (IAF)
Germany. Have worked with Munich Chamber of Commerce and
Industries and leading organizations of Germany including the political
parties of the country in training and fostering leadership skills in the new
political workers of the system.

Experience as a Journalist.

The Nation

I started my career in Journalism as District Reporter Kasur The Nation in 2010.
I worked with the newspaper for 4 years until my selection as a fellow of the
International Centre for Journalists (ICFJ) in the USA. Because of my departure
I had to leave the organization. However, my stories on the protection of
environment got international attention. One of my story on the deforestation of
Changa Manga Forest, a Suo Moto action was taken by the Lahore High Court.
A CMIT was made, and the 80% deforested Changa Manga Forest in 2014 is
100% Aforested and safe now. If asked, I still send stories to The Nation which

Pakistan Today


After my return from the United States of America, I joined Pakistan Today in
2017 as an article writer. I have written more than 300 articles on different
issues and my work at the organization can be accessed at

Daily Times

During my work as an article writer for Pakistan Today, I joined Daily Times in
2017 as District Reporter Kasur. I was also responsible to contribute on the
Daily Times Facebook Page. I made a lot of interesting videos and posted them
to the Facebook Page of the organization as a co-admin of the Page. Since the
Daily Times downsized its staff, I stopped working for them. My work there

Dawn News

I was working as a District Reporter Kasur for Dawn News. I unearthed a lot of
shocking stories including the child abuse scandal in Kasur on the channel. The
Channel downsized its staff in 2020 and hence I had to stop working for them.
My work on the channel can be shared on demand.

Channels Television Nigeria

I was working as a Country Reporter of Pakistan for the Channels TV (A BBC
Subsidiary) from 2017-2019. I had to leave them when I joined Dawn News.

International Conferences:

I have done a lot of research in my areas of interest that includes educational
assessment, evaluation of student performance, comparing public and private
schools, leadership of educational organizations and innovation. I have
presented my research papers in different international conferences of high
repute which include the following.
 In September 2017, I spoke at the International Conference on
Comparative Education, Philippines as a Keynote Speaker. The topic of
my presentation was “Poverty – Diversity and High Performance – A case
of low cost private schools in Pakistan.
 In July 2017, I presented my research on “Comparing Assessment
Practices between the Public Schools of Pakistan and the Philippines,
Implications for Teacher Education Programs” at the International
Conference on Leadership and Management, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
 In 2016, I was a part of XVI World Congress on Comparative Education,
Beijing, China to present my research on “Examination Systems of Public
and Private Sectors in Pakistan, A Comparative Analysis”
 I have participated in Regional Conference on Diversity, Kathmandu,
Nepal in 2011. The Conference was organized by CCE, Govt. of Nepal
and Forum of Federations (USA).
 I got a chance to participate in International Conference on Religion and
Media, Tehran, Iran (2009). In 2007, I represented Pakistan at
International Conference on Optimizing ICT in Education held at Asian
Development Bank HQ at Manila Philippines.
 I have represented Pakistan in SAARC International Management
Seminar held in Delhi (INDIA) 2006. I am in those some professionals of
Pakistan who have proved their excellence in many organizations and
have attained highest management posts in early 20’s of their age.
I have been working as a Master Trainer in “Project Citizen Pakistan”, a school
heads, Teachers and students training workshop series focusing on all schools
of Pakistan to promote civic sense and encourage students to take active part in
democracy and politics as the citizens of Pakistan.

My primary profession is teaching. It is the skill that I acquired from my parents
who have been teaching since last 40 years. As a teacher I have been teaching
since 2007. My teaching experience include

Professional Background:

Currently, I am working as Director, Hazara Public School & College Changa
Manga and Jamber, Kasur. The schools were built in 1985 by my mother for the
poor people of my village. Today, we have more than 5000 student studying in
these great low-cost educational institutions.

Previously, I have been working as Country Manager in Gohar Publishers
Pakistan. The company is a leading text book publishing company in Pakistan.
By the virtue of my experience, I was able to visit each and every town of the
country and establish my connections across the country.

Voluntarily, I work for many societies and organizations including Master
Trainer at Centre for Civic Education (CCE) Pakistan, Provincial Coordinator
CM Task Force on Human Rights and Rule of Law, Deputy Chairman National
Education Council Pakistan®, General Secretary Punjab Education Council
(PEC) ®, Master Trainer SAHIL, Fazaldad Human Rights Institute ®, Centre
for Peace and Human Rights ® and SYBAN.

abroad which have added value to my learning and personality traits

Pakistocracy:

I have written a book that is a compilation of my
56 published articles on Politics, Rule of Law,
Technology, Policing, Judicial Reforms.

booksellers across Pakistan.
